I think these dudes make most of their money on diagnostic charges. Got talked Into a diagnostic check for $250 when I pretty much knew what the issue was going into it. Only for them to call me back and say that they needed to do another diagnostic for $175 on top of the $250. The man at the desk insinuated that my thermostat is old and that could be the issue which is what I stated in my original phone call to schedule an appointment. I paid the $250 to get nowhere. Just had kind of a sick feeling leaving this place and will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or customers.

Just had a routine service performed on my Ram truck everything was good except for the batteries that I had them replaced a year ago. Jeremy the Service Advisor replaced them at no charge because he knows I will be traveling the next 4 months and he didn’t want me to have any issues. He knows his customers and how they use their vehicles. He takes his time to know his customers and see’s to it they are well taken care of. I have found in my experience no one does that or cares to do that in this day and age. You might be able to have someone else work on your vehicle cheaper but if you want it done right go to Dana Bros. Automotive!

These guys are amazing!! Very transparent about what they’re doing and why. As a woman not knowing anything about vehicles, Jeremey made me feel very comfortable and safe with the decisions we made for my truck. I live about an hour from the shop, but they are well worth the drive and I will continue to support their shop. Integral is a word I would use to describe these guys. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicles here!

Every one of the guys, Jeremy, Cody, and Jordan were extremely helpful with my issue on my diesel dually. I drive thru every week and will tell all the Hotshot drivers to use this business. They are AWESOME!
