Dana Bros. provided excellent service and workmanship all the way through the process. Carter was our main point of contact and kept us informed on every detail regarding the status and progress. We had a very complicated issue with our truck that involved an insurance claim, due to getting contaminated fuel from the pump. Dana Bros and their Techs immediately took the right action by collecting samples and evidence of the bad fuel inside the tank. With this, they were able to make a solid case to make our insurance claim successfully. Furthermore, they even took the initiative to correspond and motivate the insurance company to expedite our claim. When our truck was given back to us, it was cleaned and detailed inside and out which added to the excitement of getting our truck back. Thank you, much appreciated.
