Dana Bros. provided excellent service and workmanship all the way through the process. Carter was our main point of contact and kept us informed on every detail regarding the status and progress. We had a very complicated issue with our truck that involved an insurance claim, due to getting contaminated fuel from the pump. Dana Bros and their Techs immediately took the right action by collecting samples and evidence of the bad fuel inside the tank. With this, they were able to make a solid case to make our insurance claim successfully. Furthermore, they even took the initiative to correspond and motivate the insurance company to expedite our claim. When our truck was given back to us, it was cleaned and detailed inside and out which added to the excitement of getting our truck back. Thank you, much appreciated. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

Reliable, trustworthy mechanics who know what they are doing are a rarity. Add in excellent customer service and you get what I have found in the crew at Dana Bros over the last several years. Highly recommended.

last week I brought my ford F350 to Dana's for Diesel Turbo compression issue. They identified the issue and fixed it along with oil change and filters. I was given a 2 page report on 8 items they said needed immediate attention, that totaled almost 6,000.00. I know my truck very well and know all repairs I do on yearly basis. I told them not to do any of the items on list. I brought my truck to my mechanic and had them check everything on the list. Their comment to me was the truck had no issues listed from the list. They did find a very small power steering leak. Why would Dana Automotive try to sell me 6,000.00 worth of bogus repairs. And how many customers actually fall for their lies and dishonesty. so sad that you can't trust anyone these days!!

Thank you! I know it was only an oil change and filters ,but this is why my Toyota 4 Runner is is such good shape. Thanks for letting me know that at my next visit will entail a lot more for the over100,000 mile oil change.
