I've been taking my 2005 F250 Ford here for several years. Last year I didn't have a pleasant experience , and was looking for another shop. I decided to try Dana Bros. again, and since, have been more than happy with their service. They have always done great mechanical work, my only issue was administrative. Communication was not good, but since then, they have improved. Josh has always been fair and helpful in explaining work needed. Jeremy has done a great job communicating with me and helping me save money with alternatives to certain work. They seem to be having issues with computer systems, but hopefully they can resolve those issues soon.

I've taken my car here multiple times and shelled out thousands of dollars only to have the same issue a month after my car being 'fixed.' The second time I went back for the same issue, I was told if it happened again to go somewhere else. They are not standing behind their work and are pushing me off to somewhere else after I have already paid them twice to fix the issue.

Very happy with the AC repair performed on my dodge truck. They replaced all the correct parts and got everything working perfectly. They completed the job within the time estimate and under the quote given to me originally. Great job! They are very customer oriented.

Dana Bros saved me! I was all hooked up to my camper, ready to head north for the weekend and realized I had a puddle of power steering fluid on the ground and an empty reservoir. It was Friday at 8am and I knew getting it fix before the weekend would be a miracle. I brought it in and Josh got me taken care of by 2pm! Brand new Hydro Boost installed. They went above and beyond, filled my tires (including spare), topped off my fluids and made 100% sure I’d be safe towing up to Payson. Thanks guys, you earned a lifetime customer!
