I've been taking my 2005 F250 Ford here for several years. Last year I didn't have a pleasant experience , and was looking for another shop. I decided to try Dana Bros. again, and since, have been more than happy with their service. They have always done great mechanical work, my only issue was administrative. Communication was not good, but since then, they have improved. Josh has always been fair and helpful in explaining work needed. Jeremy has done a great job communicating with me and helping me save money with alternatives to certain work. They seem to be having issues with computer systems, but hopefully they can resolve those issues soon.
Mike, We want to thank you for giving us a second chance. With growth comes growing pains and we are glad we have been able to resolve those to your satisfaction.
