The time Josh spent on my vehicle to confidently diagnose the issue, shows his true passion as a mechanic and his willingness to provide the customer with a honest, accurate, and the most detailed assessment possible. Dana Bros excels at customer service and operates with the highest degree of integrity, I've ever experienced from a repair shop. I dealt with Jeremy & Josh--very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I have a 1997 Ford F-250 7.3 Diesel with 220k miles. I just moved to AZ and the google machine told me that these guys were the best based on their reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I had them inspect the old girl and she had some issues. I couldn't afford to have all the work done in one go, so Jeremy helped me put together a game plan that best suits my needs and budget. I don't think you'll find better service or value in the valley--just go here. A+ 5 Star business. Thanks, I'll be back.

Brought my truck in for same-day service was told there another vehicle was on a lift they needed for my truck pushed it to the next day they offered me a loaner truck when I showed up and next morning it wasn't there they offered to give me a Enterprise rental truck that I have to pay part of not satisfied hope they're mechanic work is as good as it was in the past, when I pick the truck up this afternoon now I have a ripped CV boot on my axle shaft he says he's willing to fix the labor for free come Monday just think customer service and professionalism could be a little bit better because that's how we stay in business these days is by "customer service" thanks for trying Josh... Okay so today Dana Brothers replaced the torn CV boot and axle and work with me on price thanks again for standing up for your customers and all you do for us thanks for the great work at Dana Brothers diesel.
