Thanks to Dana Bros we got our truck repaired in 2 hours and were back on the road to pick up our 5th wheel which we live in!! Friendly and professional staff went out of their way to help us!!! Highly recommend!!

I live in Houston. I am negotiating on a truck for purchase in Mesa Arizona. It is a 2005 Ford Excursion. First, these guys answer professionally. I got Jack. I explained I probably had a long call and if I needed to wait when he had time I would do so. Jack, said, "nope, I ready for you. Let's talk." He spent 20 minutes with me, set up an appointment for a buy inspection (since I am not flying in for that), discussed bulletproofing, explained the report they would prepare and that he was happy to transact via email and phone. He even offered to help make sure that the truck was ok there until it could be completed at their shop and shipped to Houston. We talked about my big and still growing family, 3 kids and counting... our use of the vehicle for towing an Airstream to National Parks. We discussed other options (conversion van) and his opinions. Jack clearly liked talking trucks, explaining the process, and not one time got annoyed with my numerous questions. One, this level of service, blows my mind with any business, that responds this way. Two, I feel confident. And it is with an auto shop!! I will update my post once we get into the process, but out of the gate I am way impressed and excited to work with this business.

Dana Brothers is the best place to take your diesel truck for repair. They treat you like family. I had an unusual problem with my Ford F-250 and Josh Dana and Jordan work hard to diagnose and resolve my problem. Catherine at the front desk kept me informed and is knowledgeable about diesels. Last summer we traveled over 6000 miles with our truck pulling a thirty foot rv and had no problems at all.Thank you for your great service.

I have always believed the hype that my Ford diesel truck should always be serviced at the (local) dealership. And even though I have been less than satisfied with the quality of customer service I still believed it was in my best interest to continue that relationship. That is until recently when I had another negative experience where Ford did not even have the courtesy, in two days that my vehicle sat there (with an appointment) to call and say they did not have time to even diagnose the problem. When I questioned why they accepted my appointment they responded that "they sometimes have vehicles sitting in service for for weeks" ! This attitude finally convinced me that I really needed to search elsewhere for my vehicle service. I discovered Dana Brothers on an Internet search, read the reviews and decided to send them an online service request. A short while later I recieved a response from Josh which began a series of email correspondences where we discussed my expectations and agreed on a path forward. My vehicle service has since been completed and I cannot express to you how pleased I am with my entire experience with Dana Brothers. Cathrine kept me informed throughout the vehicle diagnosis and repair progress with regular phone calls and emails. Courtesy, professionalism, outstanding communication, an honest assessment of my vehicles requirements all at a fair price! In my opinion Dana Brothers is the gold standard out there and the only shop that I would recommend.
