I had a crank no start issue and was referred to Dana Bros. by a shop that was backed up so I called them and they said they could look at it that day or the following morning depending when I could get it there. I gotta say while having your vehicle in the shop is never a pleasant ordeal, Josh Dana and his team (Ben, CJ and Jordan) were very professional, informative and certainly made this otherwise unpleasant ordeal much more palatable. The communication was unheard of to me, every step of the way I was contacted with issues that they were finding and giving me options which allowed me to make informed decisions in good faith and not feeling that I was held at the mercy of a shop and it's $$$ making agenda. My truck is back online and I plan on returning for suspension work. This is not a big fancy shop but I gotta say they do great work, are knowledgeable, have great reviews and are honest.......what more can I say. Thx Josh and to your team!

Josh did an excellent job replacing my turbo. He explained what was wrong as well as my options and gave me a fair price. I will never take my truck to the dealer again!

Wish I had a postitive review like everyone else but I don't. It seems like if you don't want to have them fix the issues on your vehicle they could careless. I gave them my f250 and payed the $194 diesel diagnostic fee and was told "all your fluids look up to par the only thing you'll need to do soon is brake fluid" well when I get the truck back, there is power steering fluid sprayed all over my hood and covering the drivers side of my engine, the pump is making a horrendous squeel. Not to mention my truck starts running rough 5 days after and turns out my engine that takes 15 quarts of oil only has 7. On top of that my tranny starts acting up so I change the fluid and it's sludgy and pitch black. And on top of all this my coolant was way too low for comfort. Now you tell me if that sounds up to par to you.

Dana Brothers has been doing my automotive repair work for years. The employees are honest and do a great job. They back up their work and always make things right. Although they specialize in diesel repair, I use them to maintain my 3/4 ton Chevy Suburban and also have them take care of some needs on my BMW 750 Li. I recommend them to all my friends.

My 2003 F250 6.0L Diesel broke down while during my vacation from Colorado to visit family in Mesa. They were able to get me in and diagnose my problem very quickly. They sent me a quote and followed up with videos of the issues I was experiencing. I ultimately had a bad turbo and fuel pump. Once I approved the quote, they got to work on it right away. They kept to their provided time tables, kept me informed with me via phone/texts, and made sure it was all working properly before giving me back the keys. They answered all of my questions and walked me through everything that they had done once I arrived back to the shop. If I am in Mesa again, I would not hesitate calling them to get work done on my truck again.

Excellent service and they went above and beyond to fix our F350 to make sure we understood what was going on and why and fix it right. They seem to really understand the 6.0 Ford diesel trucks. We have had nothing but problems with this truck and they helped to solve the issue, hopefully for the long haul rather than just patch it and forget it - suggesting little fixes along the way and saved us money. This is our 2nd time using them. On our other Diesel truck they saved us around $4000 on a replacement the dealership said we needed that they were able to repair. I highly recommend them for their skills and honesty.

Nothing but great things to say about Dana Brothers! I am Josh's cousin but I will tell you that he treats everyone like family and goes way beyond to help you. I had him install new injectors in my truck and he did a follow up just to make sure there were no issues. By follow up...I mean he pulled the injectors...had them tested and certified as good before moving on. Incredible service. I see him treating all his clients like that so I am glad he's continuing on keeping the name Dana in good standing around town. Thanks Josh!

Great Outfit. I had just pulled my 5th wheel down from Seattle and my F350 was going into limp mode multiple times on the way down and getting more frequent. I had previously taken it to several dealers that couldn't find anything wrong but they had no way to test it under load where the problem occurred. Dana Bros. had a similar size trailer and offered to do a road test under load and found the problem. The vanes on the turbo weren't closing fully, creating an overboost condition. They even sent me pictures of the diagnostic output and explained the problem in detail. Since we were there on vacation and had scheduled a side trip over the weekend, they offered to reimburse us for a rental car while they were working on the truck. Talk about customer service. They replaced the turbo and several other minor problems, very thorough, and truck was ready when promised. From Mesa we went on to San Diego and back to Seattle, via the grapevine. We are now back home, "Limpless in Seattle".
